Joyful Banner offers the following Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of Personalized or Custom print jobs, Joyful Banner is not able to offer a refund on these products. Customers will receive a project proof for all Personalized, Custom and Semi-Custom orders showing the placement, images, text and font for the order.
Customer should understand that the color of project proof may be different from that of final printing. Once the customer approves a project proof, Joyful Banner cannot accept responsibility for errors made or missed by the customer. Also, please note that banners are similar to fabrics, and color variations should be expected. If a printing or production error is made on our part on a Personalized, Custom or Semi-Custom product, Joyful banner will be glad to reprint the project.
