Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What kind of mounting do I need for these banners?
A: If you hang your banner on banner stand or banner wall mount that has poles at top and bottom, you need pole pockets option. Otherwise if you need to hang your banner with strings or hang on wal directly, you may need the grommets option.
Q: Is it availiable to add church name or church logo?
A: Yes, you can contact us after your purchase through e-mail. We do not charge for adding church name and church logo.
Q: Can I order custom banners? If so, can you tell me how? A:Yes, we do custom banners. Please email to ask@joyfulbanner.com for custom banner order.
